This will not happen often and watering should only be needed a handful of times a year.

About Prince of Orange Philodendron:
The Prince of Orange Philodendron is a compact and self-heading variety. These plants grow well in evenly moist, but not soggy, soil. Its humidity needs are moderate to high. Bright, indirect light is perfect for this plant to bring out its brilliant colors. Its leaves are susceptible to scorching in direct sun so this should be avoided. Its ideal temperature is between 65-80 F and it cannot tolerate above 95 F or below 55 F.

About Our Plants:
All plants are well established with healthy roots and multiple leaves. Our plants are all grown and maintained in our own private grow facilities in Michigan. We grow our plants in their terrariums for a minimum of 4 weeks or until there are signs of new growth. Our unique and attractive terrariums are filled with the proper substrates to keep your plant healthy with minimal care. This substrate does not need to be replaced. Due to the humidity that is created inside closed terrariums, the need for watering is drastically reduced, often only to a handful of times a year. The substrate is visible through the glass so monitoring dampness and root health requires little effort.
